Working Well programme

I work as part of the delivery team and co-host on The Academy of Wide-Hearted Living’s Working Well programme — designed to support individuals, freelancers and small teams to do meaningful work, without burning out or losing momentum. It’s a supportive, thriving community.

Across Working Well (which also runs as Wintering Well and Spring Well), I bring together marketing expertise, co-hosting and coaching to help people move their ideas forward. The programme blends coaching, co-working and creative sessions, giving people the structure and flexibility they need to make progress in a way that works for them.

It’s about helping people get unstuck and into action — whether that’s developing a clearer message, building confidence in their direction, or simply creating the space to get things done. Steady, supported progress rather than quick wins, making sure good ideas don’t get left behind.

The programme has been described as a “Beacon and an Anchor” — which I love.
